That whole laguna snorkel thing reminds me of when CA passed a law requiring motorcycles to have rear view mirrors. The bikers mounted dental inspection mirrors on their bikes. Kind of flipping off the establishment by compliance at a ridiculous minimum.
My lame-O laguna compliance snorkel sits in the bottom of my pocket on the other side of the bulge created by my weight.
I don't think that I could get it out if there was any air in the BC, but I won't get a ticket.
Kind of my Laguna dental mirror... :-)
