Buy a compressor, Aviation grade or medical grade O2 cylinders, upkeep on the compressor (which is critical when making nitrox), O2 clean EVERYTHING, and you will soon see that it is very cheap.
$10 is more the retail price and even at that it's almost not worth it for shops to deal with it.
