White background with the full page width option

OK, I think that I like the white background better. This time I am trying out the "full page width" option to see how it makes a text only page look. For most text only posts the "normal" page width option is probably the best option. For image posts the "full page width" option might be the appropriate choice.

Chris, while you are working so hard on these changes, is it possible to add a spell checker?
