This Knighthawk is great. I'm 6'2" and 270 lbs. and it's totally comfortable for me. It holds 30 lbs., 20 around the waist and 10 in the trim pockets in the rear. The BC is totally stable and adjustable, meaning you can get into it and then cinch down straps, a handy feature for bigger guys with less flexibility. I don't think you can do this with a simple backplate and harness.

My few gripes are as follows:

1. The pocket system isn't that useful. If you want a good pocket to regularly hold things like a small camera, light, or safety sausage, the pockets aren't all that great.

2. If you want to go technical and do double tanks and the like, this BC won't cut it.
