A few days ago I had the wave front custom Lasik surgery. Yeah, I can see, but they put plugs into my tear duct so my eyes will dry out less. I know I have to spend at LEAST 2 weeks out of the water. They tell me that the eye plugs will be in there for 2-3 months. I am concerned that these plugs will hamper my ability to equalize all my air space in my head. Has anyone on this board had the Lasik surgery with the eye plugs? I will ask the doctor again on my next appointment but he is not a diver and I am concerned he doesn't know all the problems associated with plugs and diving. I will also call Divers Alert Network.

Thanks for any comments!

Marc
