thank you. i am not trying to find blame, nor am i trying to raise the cost of scuba diving for anyone. we are simply trying to see if there's any possibility where the rental place might be at fault. that is all. it's only consultation we are seeking, not to win a million dollars because money simply isn't worth my sister being in a coma--nothing is. we are not using this as an "opportunity".
