More likely someone who knows you got virus infrected. The virus
sent itself to all the e-mail addresses it could find on your
"friends" machine, and randomly selected one of them (YOURS) as
the "From:".

It's no more difficult to fake an e-mail "From:" than it is to
write a fake street address in the upper left corner of a paper
envelope.

Who's the infected party? Maybe someone who reads this board.
Maybe someone you've e-mailed, or to whom someone forwarded one
of your e-mails. Or any one of many other scenarios.
