Diving with the eye duct plugs are fine as long as they don't come out, I got this email from DAN this am.

Dear Marc,
Thank you for your e-mail and membership support. The lacrimal duct plugs have not been found to interfere with equalization. They are not directly connected to air spaces that require equalization. The worst case scenario is that the plugs become dislodged while performing a valsalva. They can be replaced by your ophthalmologist on a non-emergent basis. If we can be any further assistance do not hesitate to contact DAN.
