Any info on SD shore dive Conditions?

I'm thinking of heading down there from the LBC for a couple of dives tomorrow morning (either La Jolla Cove or Shores). The lifeguard # said swells were 2-3 ft, but that vis was less than 10ft. Does anybody have any better info? If vis is that bad, it doesn't sound worth the drive.
