It gets better.
Last year while undergoing my annual inspection. The LTJG on duty asked if things were getting worse? I told him yes, that “boat rage” was getting to be a very big problem. He said, that things need to get worse, before the CG would do anything, and I told him of the problem at “Eagle Reef” of the death, and the other diver getting hurt. I asked him why this was this not enough, and he completely ignored the subject and moved off onto something else.
Perhaps this means they are willing too, or just do want to take on this matter, after all they are in charge of “Home Land Security”. Damn, just sounds to much like “The Home Land” and Hitler to me.
