Waimond A. Chan pleaded guilty to taking three abalone unlawfully. He was assessed fees and fines totaling $621, placed on a 12-month probation, and had his fishing license revoked. Charges pending against Sandy F. Chan, and Shirley and Chung Auyeung were dismissed in exchange for Chans plea.
