Hey, I'm immediately very suspicious of anyone who has to use "shame on you" and other put downs. You don't sign your name and your arguement is full of flaws.

I guarantee you that 99% of the things that come out of the ocean and off of these wrecks are not in any museum and will probably never be. They are taken and they are gone for good. No one has any access to it except for the person who took it.

I've seen the stripped remains of the wrecks. Stuff that no one in their right mind would ever want is gone. People steal illegally from protected wrecks all of the time. People have tried numerous times to even steal the cousteau monument from the Casino Point Park.

If "Brass" is the prized commodity - take it off the ships headed for the junk yard. Leave some things for recreational divers to enjoy. Truk Lagoon would never be the attraction that it is if many of the artifacts not been heavily protected as they remain on the wrecks for divers of the entire world to see. It is also heavily photographed so that those who don't dive can also see what is down there.
