Los Coronados vs southern channel islands

Will be in southern cal during the first part of november.

I plan on doing a few days of diving.

Can anyone compare/contrast diving the Los Coronados islands vs the southern channel islands.

I am a intermediate diver with advanced and deep certification - a little over a hundred dives including Bonaire, The Keys and The Flower Gardens.
