Heisler Park definately can provide some dives where you've wished you'd brought your camera. On, my last dive there (October last year I think) I found a leapard shark hiding under a rock in the shallows. Over the shark's tail was a large moray, and surrounding both of them was countless little shrimp. It was a picture perfect moment, but alas, no video/camera..
