Initial cleaning was done right. Here's the trick.

Spit in it. Rub it around. Rinse once.

My mask almost never fogs. Beth attempts this and her maks fogs all the time. I don't think she spits enough. You have to spit a pretty good amount and be thorough with the rubbing.
