How to put a © in a post or on a photograph |
Posted by Elaine on August 16, 2005 at 12:20:05: Some photo editing programs do not include a © symbol in their type bar options. In windows, go to "All Programs", then go to "accessories", scroll down to "System Tools", in the fly out menu choose "character map", on the 6th line down click on the © symbol, choose "copy", You can then paste it in using a right hand click of the mouse. Type the full name of the photographer in next to the © symbol, and, if you know when the photo was taken, include the year. It is important to ask the permission of the photographer before you use their photo.
