Here's what I get with my program:

"Add text to a picture
You cannot add text to pictures using Picture Manager. However, you can add text using a photo editing program such as Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Digital Image Pro."

The other "freebee" I have is Picasa. I'll try there. Can you recommend a free editor that will allow me to add text?
