If this was a first offense the fine and warning may be more fitting. These guys aren't virgins to poaching. I rarely use my speargun. I don't shoot reef fish anymore. Maybe I should put it in a glass box with a hammer and place it at La Jolla. With a sign "In case of Poacher - Break Glass".
