It doesn't match Southern Staghorn Bryozoan exactly and it was definitely the orange color and not yellow. My next guess would be a Northern Staghorn Bryozoan but it doesn't looke exactly like the photos I google of that either.

I know the first one has some brittle stars, I just don't know what it is they are sitting on with the white dots.
