I'm not sure there are a lot of dive operators that offer guided tours, but you can always ask. A deal could probably be reached.

But if you plan to visit Catalina Island, there is a very nice dive park there for all skill levels. I noticed the last time I was there, a laminated map of the park you could get at the dive shop right there at the park. Use that as your guide.
