Paint ball guns are not under the ATF. So that would be also a positive feature for them.

Personally I would opt for Greek Fire a huge monitor flame thrower for my first choice. Spray some fire across their bow. That will get their attention ;- 0 Flame throwers are not under the ATF either, but they might attract the CG ;-)
