Soo. Except for meaner looking captain's and possibly a couple of boats chasing down the offenders about the only immediate thing to possibly do would be follow in the Great French Tradition. Find out where the offender is anchored, put a few limpet mines on the hull and sink the bugger. Seems to have worked in New Zealand, and not too much public outcry - other than that poor chap and his family - he got likked you know. |
