Josh,
You might want to look at DEPP for your floor insurance as well as equipment coverage. I've been with them for several years and have had to use them a couple of times (Nikonos V flood). I have found them to be reasonably priced and very responsive on claims. I'm sure there are others out there and the board members will mention them.
