FSO - Fill Station Operator - Businesses who operate cylinder filling stations are required by OSHA to provide training to employees operating filling equipment.

So how many employees at Sport Chalet have taken this OSHA required training? How many at other dive shop employees have taken this class? How dive boat crew members who do the fills?
