Probably all of them in all of the examples/businesses you meniton. Realize that the training is mandated to be prodvided by the employer, and that can take many forms. It's not an official OSHA-sanctioned class.

From a practical standpoint, since employers would rather not have employees damaging our $25,000 compressor systems let alone injure themsevles or you, of course you provide them with training in proper filling techniques, checking for VIPs and hydros, etc., etc.

But here's another question: How many of you who are so quick to criticize fill procedures have had the type of training you're demanding the employees have? Are you arguing from a knowledge base or simply spouting off because you're upset over a recent fill or lack thereof?
