I picked up my tanks this evening - they all passed. Even though it was not the smoothest of experiences the job got done.

The Sport Chalet in Rancho Cucamonga has an employee in their scuba department who I like. Her name is Shannon. She was the one that did the visuals, she is not the one that called me with the issue about the old nitrox stickers. Two weeks ago she ordered three pairs of the gloves that I like for me - and I got those too. I have tried ordering the same gloves there before and haven't had as much luck getting them.

So, thanks very much to Shannon. I hope Sports Chalet treats her right and keeps her around. She is the kind of employee they need.
