Dumping the gator there is like the fools who dump their mattress in a vacant lot. Too cheap or lazy to do the right thing. At least with the mattress, the city will come and get it for free if you call them.

I think that we should forgive Todd if he puts on his gear and goes and gets it back out...

But he should still get a bill from the city.
