Send it out, or look into a slide scanner with a stack loader,
like the high-end Nikons.

How much res do you want? Where are you going to store the scanned
images? Full res, uncompressed, on my Nikon is about 130Mbytes,
and that's what you want if you are going to do anything serious
with them.
