The diver in this case is right to want his money back, he waisted a day on the front side. A place he had dove many times. He signed up to go to Farnsworth. The great escape know at the dock they were not going. The passagers should have been told that they were not going. They should have been given the choice of going to front side or to get off the boat. They were not, 21/2 hours after leaving the dock they were at the isthmus.
Saturday back side was a lake and Farnsworth had 100+vis. Sunday had a little wind and a 3 ft sea vis on Farnsworth was 30 to 40. The great escape didn't know this because they listened to the weather report and did not try to go around the corner.
I think that most of us would agree that if the weather is bad you shouldn't go. But some times you should a lest try.
