The fishing boats did not anchor on top of us, just near us. Usually when there is chum in the water there is a cage available. I really don't think that boats with chum and a diving area mix. Trouble in the making? When a shark bites a diver it is just going to be more bad publicity for the sharks and not for the fishing boat that was using a popular dive area. Not to mention, bad news for the diver.
