My daughter Laura is a PADI instructor but she hasn't taught in over 10 years. PADI tells her she has to go through the complete IDC and IE again, which she's willing to do, but she'd rather not do it with PADI. Of the others, NAUI, SSI, NASDS, etc., which do you recommend and with whom locally? Thanks.
