Oh, be prepared to be pestered beyond all belief by ever huckster and hawker imaginable. You can't even walk along the sidewalk or eat in peace anymore without some little urchin deliberately blocking your walking path or interrupting your dinner demanding that you buy their damn pinche chiclets or some jacked up crappy painted plates!

Then there are the professional liars in the booths trying to sell you junk time share crap, pinche golf; or; "Hey, jew guys wanna go feeshing?!" The feesherman will rob you blind, trying to charge you $25o to go out on their rickety pangas, where jus totuside the dock they will have their co-conspoirators lined up to force you to buy pinche caballito bait fish for friggin $2 a pop! Then as soon as you get out of the bay they will promnptly try to sucker you into trolling, which is not real fishing anyway.

Unless you are a college age type and think going to a foreign country that hates you with the excpetion of your money so you can get drunk, then by all means, go to Cabo! Maybe you will even fall sucker to their lame diving excusiosn in the bay where they will take you to an area where the sand falls off a prcipice, and if doesn't, you rlocal Mexician dive guide will ascend slightly and shove it off the end.

I recommend you take your tanks and a car and drive slightly north 30 minutes to Cabo Pulmo on the Cortez side.....it is the only area is pinche Mexico that has real coral.....it is a beach dive but a nice one. I rememeber there is a small dive shop right on the beach where you can rent tanks. The beach is clean so it is nice to lay out and relax after a dive, just keep someone on your gear at all times, the local cretins will try to steal the sand out from under your feet if you let them.

Remember, the entire town of Cabo is designed to make you part with as much $ as possible.

A drive on the pacific side is really scenic, don't miss it!
