However, it is NOT electrolysis. That would pull Oxygen from the Hydrogen in the water, and that is not his intent. He is pulling dissolved AIR out of the water.

One big advantage of this, as far as I can tell, is there is no stored oxygen at levels that would be toxic at depth. I think this would open the door to much safer closed systems, as well as eliminating the "big" tank on the back.

I am looking forward to hearing about a working prototype down the road. That is of course if his funding holds, and the results continue along his expectations!

btw, I seem to remember reading about this a ways back, and his patents have been in place for a while now as well.
