North Coast abalone violations

The matter of James F. Curry, alleged ROD and abalone violations, was continued to Sept. 26 for entry of plea.

Shao X. Huang, Shi M. Kuang, Xinda Mei, and Johnny Ye were each fined $484 for having one abalone over the limit while their friend We J. Tan was fined $583 for having two abalone over the limit.

Stephen L. Rosasco, alleged possessing an abalone out of the shell, was placed on a 12-month DA Diversion.
