That's a pretty low blow to all the spearfisherman around here.. And why target spearfisherman? We are the most selective group of fisherman out there... We know exactly what we are going to shoot.. If you are going to take game illegaly, it dosen't matter what gear you use. I would rather have poachers use spear equp. It is much harder that a rod and reel...
