I maintain a North Coast weather conditions page that pulls in
forecashs and nowcasts from several sources in one place.

Here's the C&M forecast:
.THU...NW WINDS 15 TO 25 KT. WIND WAVES 3 TO 5 FT.
MIXED SWELL NW 7 TO 11 FT AND S 3 FT.
.FRI...NW WINDS 20 TO 30 KT WITH OCCASIONAL GALE FORCE GUSTS TO 40
KT. COMBINED SEAS 8 TO 12 FT. PATCHY FOG.
.SAT...NW WINDS 25 TO 35 KT WITH OCCASIONAL GALE FORCE GUSTS TO 45
KT. COMBINED SEAS 8 TO 12 FT. PATCHY FOG
