Thats a different fish, the one we saw has a spear in it alot lower and more toward the tail. Also its hanging out on the other side. I wish we could of helped her, I know it must be painfull banging that steel rod on the kelp and rocks while looking for something to eat. Its hard for me to type this, I just want to cry. Lets get together and put a stop to this NOW. We need a leader, I think Brad and with the help of the divers on this board we can write some letters to the Fish Dept, Catalina People, Harbor Masters, police and more. I only have been diving for 2 yrs ( 40 dives ) and don't know the ins and outs of who to contact. We could at least put a stop to scuba/spearing at Catalina by writting lots of letters.
