Even if the abs were for the restraunt owner's personal use, the
sale was still illegal. Only recreational take of abs is allowed
in California, and it's illegal to sell recreationally taken abs,
(in fact, I think ANYTHING taken recreationally), period.

For a guy who asks his buddies to obey the F&G laws, you certainly
don't know the basics of those laws.
