As you have probably noticed, even people with really good english don't always take the amount of time needed to read all of the regs and they can be confusing. I don't fish or eat fish so I don't really even enjoy chipping in my two cents work on the topic. There is nothing wrong with helping out the "other guy". I usually see the good in people, sometimes it does require effort though.

I've gotten a traffic ticket before and it made me mad, but you know, maybe it helped me to brush up my driving skills.
