Not counting California ;-) but counting US posessions. Or anywhere a passport is not required. People traveling with me. Would have a difficult time getting proper documentation to leave the country. Until their US citizenship comes through.

I am past due for a dive vacation in warmer waters. It has been 15 years since I dove Florida and 30 years since I dove Hawaii. I imagine things have changed a great deal since then. I consider myself a intermediate diver and I will be diving with a beginner diver. No I will not be bringing my speargun.
