Don't you know that these captive dolphins wear the dart harnesses with the loaded guns with the safeties off 24 hours aday, 7 days a week...and even though the military knew over 10 days in advance of the storm, the concept of removing the harnesses that the dolphins normally don't wear anyway, let alone with the dart guns armed, escpaed them!?
