Not the easiest thing in the world to cook. I have tried a couple of recipes. This is the one I will try next. It seems a bit more authetic. The previous ones I have tried. Seemed like someone was cutting corners. It is a very rich dish.

I prefer to see the best in people and countries. What's good about France. Women 1st, Art 2nd, Wine 3rd and if this is the country of origin. Lobster Thermidour would be 4th. Every time some one on this web site mentions. That they do not eat seafood. A image of lobster thermidour pops into my head. I hug and whisper mine all mine. I have a stash of several bottles. Of some really good Chardonnay to go with it.
