Sometimes, in order to preserve the balance of nature, hunting and killing animals is a good idea. As a disclaimer, let me add that I have never deliberately killed an animal other than a few fish I have managed to catch in spite of a near-debilitating lack of skill. I have no taste for hunting. On the other hand if an "explosion" in the population of protected salt-water crocodiles is endangering beachgoers, maybe some measure of control of their population is in order. No need to get angry about it. I am not down there spearing spearing doe-eyed angle sharks or anything else.
