The penalty is that you are nothing but a crook. No better than a crack head, robber or any other crook. The law is the law and if you do not follow it you are nothing but a fool. Even if you do not get caught, the penelty is that everytime you look in the mirror, or talk to your friends, or talk to your wife/husband, you are nothing but a petty crook.
