Red tide - dead fish!

It's happened, again; we've had a huge red tide and the dying dinoflagelates have depleted oxygen levels to the point that tons of fish have been killed in King Harbor. The harbor people were ready this time and cleaned thousands of pounds of dead/dying sardines, bonita, and probably the last Garibaldi out of the water in only a few hours. The water still stinks.
