I was at RATS Beach yesterday. The water was so brown, I could not see my own hands and feet underwater. There was a gross slime on my skin and in my hair. Is this only in the King Harbor area? I was planning on hitting Malaga Cove or Point Fermin tonight to catch my first bug of the season. Will the vis a 30 feet be as bad as it is on the surface? I don't want to waste my time and energy climbing down those rocks only to find that the vis is horrible.

HELP!!!
