On the opening night fatality, entanglement may come into play. The autopsy has not yet been done so no official cause of death has been determined.

The Saturday afternoon fatality happened on the boat between dives. It did not happen in the water. Heart attack is a possibility. Whether or not the dive played any role in this is, at this time, unclear. Again, autopsy has not been completed so cause of death is still not offically determined.
