I am sorry, but as a Real Estate Broker I have to correct the above title on the story as not being accurate and the story tisself as not giving the full picutre.

1st. These are NOT time shares. You own the prperty in fee and no one else has the right to use the property at any time.

2nd. The price is only $1.9 million for the Ocean Casitas and more for the Ocean Villas.

3rd. You can only stay in the Ocean Casitas for 60 days a year and in the Ocean Villas for 90 days. These limitations are placed on the development by the California Coatal Commission. ro the remainder of the year you must rent the property out. You can either hire a manager yourself or you can use the Lowes managers. The revenue is yours. These are not time shares.

On the Sandeaters website we have a copy of the proposed development map. I have the full brouchures if anyone is interested.
