The Sun strives to be even less factual and accountable in reporting the news than the National Enquirer. I'm sure the poor dry "stray" dog with the collar on got the trolling hook in his lip quite by accident, probably shile sniffing the darned thing in some strange avvident. If the dog was used in even the slowest troll it would have ripped the hooks from the dogs lip almost at once.
