In my poor little mind the difference between 1.9 mil and 2 mil is not significant and it doesn't matter whether these rich people rent the property out to friends etc. for $1.00 a month and then stay there themselves, 90 days (or whatever you can fake)for 2 mil seems pretty steep to stay in a place that we all get to enjoy free. I'm worried that they will reduce access or limit parking so that only these rich renters will be able to use the cove.
